Moodle - Install Aktiv Grade Sync (V1 and V2)

(for Aktiv Team)

Use this guide to install/integrate (from scratch) Aktiv into Moodle to perform single-column and/or multi-column syncing (via LTI for both).

For multi-column syncing to work, Moodle must be version 3.5+.

PART 1: Pre-Setup

1. Install a Willo Labs Customer.

2. Install a Willo Labs Configuration.

3. Install a Willo Labs Integration.

4. Install an Admin Site LTI Source.

PART 2(a): LMS Admin (On Call / Hand-Holding)

Use this section if you take an integration call with the LMS Admin, otherwise skip to next section.

1. Setup a call with the LMS admin to guide them with the installation of a Moodle LTI External Tool. Have at hand the Launch URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret that you got from the Willo Labs installation above.

PART 2(b): LMS Admin (DIY)

Use this section if you just want to email the LMS Admin with instructions so that they complete it themselves.

1. Send the LMS admin an email referencing this guide. You’ll also need to send them Launch URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret that you got from the Willo Labs installation above.
