Blackboard Guides (for Aktiv Team)

These guides are for the Aktiv Team, i.e we can use these to install Aktiv onto the LMS ourselves. For the parts that we need input from the LMS admin or instructor, we use these as a reference to guide us whilst on a call with the customer.

Blackboard Guides (for LMS Admin)

These guides can be used to send to the LMS administrator directly, i.e without needing to take an integration call.

When emailing the LMS admin with a link to one of these guides do take note that some things you would have required to have setup before. Also you will need to provide the LMS admin with some data points/credentials which are referenced in the guides.
